She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Brooks and Myrle Flowers Brooks; and her brother Johnny. She is survived by: her siblings, Tony Brooks (Georgia) of Louisiana, James Brooks (Debra) of Byron, Shelia Smith (Richard) of Byron and Brandy Hall (Chris) of Washington; and her close friends, Vicky Thomason and Roberta Evans. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
