He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Graham and Allilee Barkley Graham; and his wife Violet Janice Graham. He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia L. Graham, Layne Graham and Ethlyn Clark; his granddaughter Kelli W. Raviele; and his great grandchildren, Anniston, Hannah, Jacob, Pierce, Olivia and Macalan.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Joe Graham to Byron United Methodist Church at 103 W. Heritage Street, Byron, Georgia 31008.
