He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Turner and Lina Lou Turner; and his sister Laverne Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Gail T. Turner; his children, Honey Madigan (Ed) of Benbrook, Angel Neel (Chuck), Kenneth Turner (Renee) of Panama City, Connie Mains (Clay) of Kathleen and Kimberly Posey (Brian) of Reynolds; and his siblings, James "Speck" Turner of Byron and Helen Turner of Roberta. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
