With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Kelley (Byron, Georgia), who passed away on January 26, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel H. Kelley and Gussie E. Pitts Kelley. She is survived by: her daughter Betty Kelley of Byron; and her brother Plummer Kelley of Macon.
