She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson Barfield, Sr. and Alice Taylor Barfield; her husband Willie Carlton Campbell, Sr.; her son William Carlton Campbell, Jr.; her granddaughter Sarah Michael Kinsaul; and her siblings, Alice Taylor Barfield, Thomas Jefferson Barfield, Marcine Hughs, Mertie McNeal, Lavene Howard, Walter Barfield, Bossy Barfield, Buster Barfield, Keith Barfield and Gene Barfield.

She is survived by: her children, Paula Kinsaul (Michael), Jayne Harmon and Dr. Robert Carlton Campbell (Martha).
