He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Logan Deese Sr.; and his siblings, John Alvin "Bud" Deese, Mary Oliver, Dot Grinnell, Bobby Deese and Joy Deese.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Howell (Wayne), Kristie Russell (Jerry) and Ben Deese (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jim Prince, Jordan Howell, Taylor Howell (Jordan), Chelsey Harris (Kyree), Jenna Russell, Brandon Deese and Brady Deese; his great grandchildren, Aubrie Wingo, Gracie Prince, Jackson Moore, Adelyn Prince, Kali Howell, Owen Howell and Kyla Harris; and his siblings, Annette Johnson, William Deese (Rhonda) and Terry Deese (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
