It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Patricia Smith (Byron, Georgia), who passed away on August 23, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Steven Leroy Smith; her children, Patricia Lynn Smith Hodges (Scott) and Steven Leroy Smith Jr (Janet); her grandchildren, Logan Smith, Stephanie Smith and Ross Hodges; and her siblings, Beverly Smith (Ricky) of Byron, Sandra Duckworth (Tommy) of Cordele and Rex Smith (Kathy) of Byron. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Hardison Baptist Church Children's Ministry.
