He is survived by: his parents, Charles Wayne Sanders, Sr. and Gladys Wynell Cain Sanders; his children, Autumn Elizabeth "Elli" Sanders, Sydney Sanders and Sarah Sanders; his siblings, Dale Thompson (Julie), Sheila See, Teresa Choate (Bradley), Kenny Sanders (April), Tony Sanders, Sheila Smith (Shawn) and Katie Echelbarger (Greg); and the mother of his children Stephanie Sanders. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully asks that donations be made to the Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
