He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Barlow and Alma Smith Barlow. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Layson (Jeff), Tina Krafft (Richard) and Dwayne Orton; his grandchild Lindsey Orton; his great grandchildren, Kylie and K. J. Compton; and his siblings, Frank Barlow (Mary), David Barlow and Martha Woody (Oren).
