She is survived by: her siblings, Rannie Spivey Law, Jessie James Spivey, Johnny Bernard Spivey, Nancy Spivey Stewart, Claude Spivey, Jennie Spivey Smith and Sampson Spivey; her daughter Ruthie Mae Clark; and her sister Gladys Hardrick. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren.
