He is survived by: his wife Shirley Duncan of Butler; his children, Charles Duncan of Butler and Karrie Hortman (Chris) of Reynolds; his siblings, John David Duncan (Gaynell) of Reynolds, Randal Duncan of Reynolds, Fred Duncan (Jean) of Vienna, Joey Duncan (Mae) of Tunnel Hill and Gladys Felker of Oglethorpe; and his grandchildren, Cadet Zackary Berry of Butler and Steven Duncan of Butler.
