She is survived by: her children, Joel Guy (Melia) of Butler, Mark Guy (Robin) of Butler, Darel Guy (Kellie) of Butler, Vicky Knowles of Texas and Darla Orr (Jimmy) of Butler. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
