He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ervin Parker, Sr. and Daisy Mae Cochran Parker. He is survived by: his children, Jamey Parker (Brandi) of Butler and Tami Parker of Butler; and his sister Barbara Jean Parker Hartley of Roberta. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
