Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David English and Sue English. He is survived by: his wife Patricia English of Reynolds; his children, Joseph Lee Wayne Carroll and Lee Ann Carroll of Reynolds; and his brothers, Davis Olin English (Ashley Nicole) of Ellaville and Ronald Floyd English (Stephanie) of Sylvester. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
