He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stanford Jarrell, Sr. and Estelle Spinks Jarrell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Denton Jarrell; his children, Fred Stanford Jarrell III and Susanne Jarrell Carter; his sister-in-law Nina Payne Jarrell; and his grandchildren, Ansleigh, Caitlyn Jarrell, Allie and Jake Carter. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
