She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Rob Cosey and Thelma Dugger Cosey. She is survived by: her spouse Willliam Bussey Hammack; her children, Stacy Hammack Jarrell (Stan) and William Bussey Hammack, Jr. (Chip); her sister Sylvia Cosey Swain; her grandchildren, Ansleigh Jarrell Spell (Billy Jack), Caitlyn Cosey Jarrell and Noah Thomas Hammack; and her great grandchild Ada Charlotte Spell. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Butler Global Methodist Church.
