She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Sapp and Donna Foskey Sapp. She is survived by: her husband Barney Smith of Butler; her children, Johnathan Smith (Tiffany) of Butler, Christopher Smith (Samantha) of Butler and Donna Smith of Butler; her siblings, Allison Dean of Ft. Valley and Thomas Sapp of Florida; and her grandchildren, Emily Smith, Sarah Smith, Annabelle Smith and Jacob Smith.
