She is survived by: her husband Hayward Edwin Allen, Jr. of Butler; her sons, Eddy Allen (Debbie) of Macon and Stephen Allen (Cathi) of Mt. Airy; her sister Barbara Hartley of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Stephanie Allen of Butler, Drew Allen (Melanie) of Butler, Kristen Middleton (Matt) of Macon and Julie Durrett (Brent) of Pelham, AL; and her great grandchildren, Abby Allen, Hattie Allen, Hayes Allen and Charlotte Durrett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Butler Global Methodist Church, Methodist Children's Home or Pruitt Hospice.
