He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Myers and Irene Cook Myers of Columbus, Kansas.; and his siblings, Linda Jarman, Tony Jarman, Kathy Brown and Lee Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Myers of Buford, GA; his daughters, Jennifer Myers of Buford, GA and Amy; his son-in-law Jeff Herr of Avondale Estates, GA; and his siblings, Michael Ricks of Pittsburg, KS, Marsha Olson of Wichita, KS and Frances Gibbs of Wortham, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
