He was predeceased by: his wife Billie H. Manning. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Parker (Benny) of Commerce, GA and Tony Manning (Tammy) of Lawrenceville, GA; his grandchildren, Lilith Katherine Manning, Zachery Parker and Jennifer Parker Carter; and his brother Joe Manning (Marty) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
