He is survived by: his sister Faye Jacobs of Wetumpka; his nephews, Scott Jacobs (Amy) of Birmingham and Dru Jacobs (Pamela) of Titus, AL; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anna Self (Matt), Marley Fritze (Robert), Macey Cordle (Cooper) and Cole Jacobs.
