He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mullins; his children, Vernon Charles Mullins, Alexander Lee Mullins and Melissa Mary Johnston; his grandchildren, Samuel Elijah Mullins, Alison Grace Mullins, Benjamin Logan Mullins and Harrison Chase Johnston; and his siblings, Karen Moss, Chuck Mullins, Dianne Robbiano and Colleen Mullins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
