He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Brig. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Robinson Fraction of Buford; his son Brandon Anthony Fraction of Buford; his parents, Ronald Fraction and Patricia Lynch Fraction of Lee Summit, MO; his brother David Scott Fraction (Karyn) of Matthews, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Florence Robinson of Biloxi, MS, Denise Harris (Andrew) of Wichita, KS, Patricia Robinson Neal of Berryville, VA and Fatima Robinson of Casablanca, Morocco. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
