It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelia Hamby Garmon of Buford, Georgia, born in Murphy, North Carolina, who passed away on September 21, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Hamby and Mozell Hamby; her brothers, Darell and Edwin Hamby; and her husband Dennis Garmon.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah, Josh Herrington of Buford Ga, Justin, Brooke Garmon, Adam and Amy Garmon of Lawrenceville Ga; her grandchildren, Zoey, Ava, Jack Herington, Madison, Avery and Willow Garmon; and her siblings, Glenda Hamby, Ray Hamby and Randall Hamby (Wanda) of Hiwassee.
