He is survived by: his children, Shelby Leigh Chamblee (Bill), Bryan Lyle Horn (Julie), Kerrie Rhodes (Mark), Yvette Guthrie (Todd) and Rayleen Lois Horn-Upchurch; his grandchildren, Deanna Heather Parton (Rob), Marissa Joanna Smith (Craig), Jordan Lyle Horn, Ben Harley Chamblee (Courtney), Ethan Marshall Guthrie (Kassidy), Rebecca Lynn Holley Simmons (Taylor), Courtney Amber Horn, Daniel Morgan Guthrie, Julia Anne Upchurch Miller (Hunter), Jacob Alan Upchurch, Jackson Aaron Upchurch, Joseph Alex Upchurch and Britney A. Langson; and his great grandchildren, Jaymes Corbin Smith, McKenzee Mae Chamblee, Madelyn Jade Smith, William Kason Chamblee, Hayleigh Ann Chamblee, Joshua Cole Smith, Caden Taylor Simmons, Isabel Parton, Brock Parton, Carson Parton, Landon Parton, Jaxson Lyle Horn, Kaiden Horn, Hayden Langson, Hunter Allen Miller, Jr. and Noah Arden Miller.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Buford Church of Christ (1135 Chatham Rd, Buford, GA 30518). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
