She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Knaack and Bess Knaack (Jolin); her husband Richard J. Bienema; her sisters, Joan Knaack Doyle (Jack) and Virginia Knaack Kummer (Charles); her siblings-in-law, Robert Beinema and Helen Jean Knechtges (Beinema); her nieces, Julie Bartz (Kummer), Kay Knechtges, Heidi Lemke and Linda Ferger; and her nephew Kevin Doyle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Kuster (Robert) of Sun Prairie, WI., Lisa Dempsey (David) of Buford, GA. and Kristine Bienema (Brian LeBrun) of Punta Gorda, FL.; her grandchildren, Tiffany Hsu (Supin) and Robert Kuster (Stefanie); her great grandchildren, Alexander Hsu, Cora Kuster and Layne Kuster; and her sister Kristine Ronspiez (James) of Oregon, WI.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established in Patricia's name at the Alzheimer's Association to benefit Alzheimer's research at http://act.alz.org.
