He is survived by: his wife Megan Provost; his sons, Dominic Provost of Suwanee and Drew Provost (Peyton) of Birmingham, AL; his granddaughter Presley Provost; his stepchildren, Liliana Lichtenwalner, Leah Lichtenwalner, Lydia Lichtenwalner and George Lichtenwalner; his parents, Stephen Provost and Barbara Provost; and his siblings, Jeff Provost (Traci) and Catherine Provost (Melinda Provost).
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory - Duluth Chapel (3088 Duluth Hwy, Duluth, GA 30096). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Catholic Church of St. Monica (1700 Buford Hwy, Duluth, GA 30097). The military honors was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the Will Follow Directly After the Funeral Services.
