He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bauer and Grace Bauer; and his brother Steve Bauer. He is survived by: his daughters, Gabrielle Bauer of Alaska and Melissa Bauer Bulyar (Jeremey) of Alaska; his grandchildren, Sahara and Wulf; his siblings, Aleda Kleckner of North Carolina, Doug Bauer of Georgia and Layton Bauer (Kristie) of Alabama; and also Debbie Hoffman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
