He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Lord (Downs); his daughters, Marsha Johnson and Angie Lou Lord; his parents, Frank Lord and Maude Lord (Moulder); his siblings, Debra Ross, Helen Frachiseur (Junior), Harliss Lord (Linda), Cecil Lord (Mildred), Sue Davis (Charles) and Elaine Gilbert (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Grace Wilson and Alfred Downs.
He is survived by: his children, Samantha Coggins (Alan), Sandra Parr (Harold), Ronnie Lord (Robin), Nita Kimbrell (Eddie) and Rita Hanson (Jim); his stepson Dewayne (Cathy Fowler); his brother-in-law Ralph Downs; and his sisters, Karen Arsenault (Ralph), Grace Burell and Vicky Cadena (Martin). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (300 Simonton Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (300 Simonton Rd SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30046).
