He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Pugh and Anne Belle Pugh; and his brother Grant Pugh. He is survived by: his children, Jay Fox (Dorothy) of Buford and Rebecca Garrett (Todd) of Lawrenceville; his grandchildren, Joshua Garrett, Justin Garrett, Kameron Garrett, Adam Fox and Rachael; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Garrett, Tati Garrett, Kaylee Garrett, Geniah Garrett and Devion Garrett; and his brother Tim Pugh (Deborah) of McDonough.
