He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Johnson and Mary Johnson. He is survived by: his brother Stephen; his sister-in-law Anita Johnson; his niece Crystal Johnson; and his close friend Gail Bass. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and nephews.
