It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Milligan Cline (Buford, Georgia), who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Tillman U. Milligan. She is survived by: her family Georgia; her husband Robert Gene Cline; her daughters, Emma Grace Turnipseed (Boyd) of Henderson and Mara Eva Cline; her granddaughter Tillman; her mother Ethel Marie Milligan of Kathleen; her brothers, James David Milligan of Kathleen and John Alan Milligan (Sheryl) of Colleyville; her brother-in-law Calvin Cline (Marianne) of Arlington, Texas.; and her children, Earlier and Robert. She is also survived by her family and her friends.
