She was predeceased by: her parents, Welsey Hobson and Margaret K. Hobson (Bridgman); and her husband George A. Medlock. She is survived by: her daughters, Colleen Aring (Ed) of Buford, GA and Susan M. Medlock of St. Simon's Island, GA; her stepson George A. Medlock II of Jacksonville, IL; her grandchildren, James Aring (Denise) of Woodstock, GA, Julie Austin (Adam) of Brunswick, GA, Kristen Warford (Shane) of Buford, GA and Katie Odom (Dan) of Powder; and her sister Judy Merris (Harold) of Mt. Carmel, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
