He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Mercier Bullard; his children, Keri Marsh (Waldo) of Lawrenceville, GA, Laura Keyes (Troy) of Buford, GA and Matthew Bullard (Stephanie) of Jefferson, GA; his grandchildren, Grace, Amanda, Madelyn, Samantha and Elijah; his siblings-in-law, Denise Bullard and Michael Mercier (Iris); his aunt Barbara Bullard Andrew; and also, Lanette Wolcott (Marlon) and Nancy Karol (Patrick). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
