He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Allen Mullinax, Sr. and Margaret Lucile Mizell Hubbard. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Philpott Mullinax; his children, Margaret Tontillo (Mike), Karen Wood (Scott) and Mark Mullinax; his grandchildren, Natalie Tontillo, Zach Tontillo, Ally Varitek, Jill Tontillo, Kendall Varitek and Caroline Varitek; his brothers, Van Mullinax (Joyce) and Paul Mullinax (Christine); and his uncle Joseph Mizell (June). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
