The memory of Bryan Brueck (Buford, Georgia), who passed away on June 15, 2024 at the age of 72, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his father Edd Brueck; his pets, Taggle, PittyPat, Cielo and Pecas; his mother Betty Collins Brueck; and his father-in-law Kenneth Murillo.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Murillo-Brueck; his pets, Paco and Lola of Buford, GA; his brother Alan "Buddy"; his sister-in-law Anita Brueck of Talladega, AL; his sister Bonnie Blake of Aiken, SC; his daughter Lauren Cooper; his son-in-law David Cooper; his grandchildren, Cameron Blanton and Katie Lauren Blanton of Williamsburg, VA; his mother-in-law Martha M. Murillo; his siblings-in-law, Marti Murillo, Kevin Murillo, Danny Murillo (Jacki) of Tamarac, FL and Ken Murillo (Tracy) of Lafayette, GA; and his stepmother Lois Craig Brueck of Maurice, LA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
During the Covid pandemic Bryan took up another hobby; building scale models of military aircraft and, more recently, intricate and detailed models of historic tall ships such as the French frigate L'Hermione which visited Yorktown VA in 2015.
