He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Smith and Sudie Lee Jernigan Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Smith of Buena Vista, GA; his daughter Sherra Smith of Umatilla, FL; his siblings, T. R. Smith (Zaidee) of Cusseta, GA and Judy Sanchez (Alan) of Baxley, GA; and his grandchildren, Legend and Rocket. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
