He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Parker Holt; his children, Roy Holt, Jr. (Pecoral) of Buena Vista, Georgia, Mary Ann Underwood of Buena Vista, Georgia and Larry Holt Sr. of Buena Vista, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Pamela Denise Holt, Bridget Holt, Vickie Holt, Elaine Cohen (Dwayne), Veronda Cladd (Pastor Ricky), Gregory Holt (Melissa), Shewann Underwood, Shaun Underwood (Kim), Larry Holt Jr., Venny Holt (Elaine), Anthony Holt and Ricky Holt (Laura). He is also survived by great grandchildren, beloved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
