He is survived by: his wife Ramona Mulleins Foreman of Buena Vista, GA; his children, Jessica Foreman (Keith Glisson) of Fortson, GA, Katelyn Foreman of Columbus, GA, John-Todd Van Hove (Rebekah) of Navarre, FL and Galen Van Hove of Warner Robbins, GA; his grandchildren, Alexsys, Shyloh, Taylor and Jetson; and his pets, Storm, Niki, Dante, Odin and Loki.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to PAWS Humane Society in honor of Jeff.
