It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Wiggins of Buena Vista, Georgia, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Wiggins and Mary D. Wiggins; and her brother William Lester Wiggins. She is survived by: her son Adam; her daughter-in-law Michelle Wiggins of Buena Vista, GA; her daughter Amity; her son-in-law Chris Scott of Buena Vista, GA; her brothers, Jimmy Wiggins of Buena Vista, GA and Bobby (Cathy Wiggins); her grandchildren, Dylan Scott, Hailey Dunford, Ashley Scott, Cheyenne Wiggins, Ariel Wiggins and Cambry Jackson; and her friend Steven Reeves. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
