Cook (Regis) of Columbus, GA and John Howard Cook (Kathy) of Buena Vista, GA; her brother Weston Joseph Covington (Kay) of Buena Vista, GA; her sister-in-law Sue Covington of Buena Vista, GA; her grandchildren, Lauren Heath (Josh) of Columbus, GA, Donya Vaughn (Walter) of Camp Lejeune, NC and Anna Cook of Dahlonega, GA; and her great grandchildren, Monte, Madeline, McKenna and Micah Heath.
