She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Fred and Lois Harbuck Pope; her husband Jerry Lee Horne, Sr.; and her brother Charles Pope. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Miller of Buena Vista, GA and Alan Miller (Sharon) of Ellaville, GA; her siblings, Kenneth Pope (Rose) of Harris County, GA and Jean Powell of Buena Vista, GA; her grandchildren, Jilliann Williams (Dusty) and Andy Miller (Alex); her great grandchildren, Ellie Williams, Karter Patrick, Leighton Miller, Nevaeh Greene and Louie Valentin; her niece Susan Ginn (Ted); and her caregiver Susan Goggins. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the New Providence Baptist Church Cemetery (197 Providence Church Rd, Buena Vista, GA 31803).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
