She was predeceased by: her parents, James Raines and Marion Thompson Raines; her husband Timothy Wesley McAllister; and her brother Richard Raines. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Cook (Chad) of Columbus, GA, Wesley McAllister (Marie) of Ellaville, GA, Tracy Mattson (Mark) of Pell City, AL, Tim McAllister of Americus, GA, Terry McAllister (Gwen) of Grantville, GA and Joey McAllister (Rachael) of LaGrange, GA; her half-sister Jackie Drews of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Brandy Cook, Mandy Cook, Randall Cook (Amanda), Krystal Howell (Tommy), Monica Mattson, Reese McAllister, Chase McAllister, Jessica McAllister and Kaylee McAllister. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Magnolia Manor of Marion County in memory of Mrs. Donna Kay McAllister.
