Charlotte Mathews Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2021, at the age of 71, Charlotte Mathews of Buena Vista, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey C. Jordan and Lula Mosley Jordan; her son Michael Mathews; and her half-sister Frances McLendon. She is survived by: her nephews, Chuck Cook, Clinton Cook, Bob Mathews, Blake Mathews, Allen Mathews and Dan Arrington; her husband John Mathews; her son Stephen Mathews; her daughter-in-law Emily Rose "Sissy" Mathews; and her grandchildren, Brett Mathews (Lindsey), Erin Root (Ray) and Ethan Mathews. She is also survived by Several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
