He is survived by: his wife Carlene Lane McMickle; his daughters, Melanie (Robert Williams) and Melissa (Chris Johnson); and his granddaughters, Gracie Williams, Emma Williams, Sophie Williams, Sarah Ruth Johnson, Susanna Johnson, Jessica Sims and Clarann Kirkland.
