She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie P. Greer and Sallie Ruth Weed; her husband James H. Covington; and her brother John Lindy Greer. She is survived by: her children, James Kenneth Covington (Angela) and Carol Ann Elliott; her sister Mary Ann Chalkley; her brothers-in-law, Joseph Covington of Buena Vista and Ferrell Cook of Buena Vista; her grandchildren, Chris Covington (Lynsey), Vicki Covington and Caitlyn Elliott; and her great grandchildren, Colton and Hunter Covington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
