He was predeceased by: his brother Austin Robert Bair. He is survived by: his parents, Franklin Pierce Bair, Jr. and Malinda Okrusch Bair; his sister Hannah Rose Bair of Buena Vista, GA; and his grandparents, Franklin Pierce Bair, Sr., Susan Bair of New Carlisle, OH, Gene Okrusch and Georgia Serowicz. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other family and friends.
