He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Meads, Sr.; and his siblings, Ricky Meads and Beth Lipko. He is survived by: his mother Kay Frances Hight Meads; his wife Gail Meads of Buckhead, GA; his sister Cathy Rhine of Raleigh, NC; and his pets, Sunshine, Willie, Pearl and Starlight.
