She is survived by: her children, Cindy Evans of Buckhead, GA and Ted "Butch" Evans, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jessica Evans, Ashlie Evans and Bethany Evans; and her great grandchild Leighton (Madilynn). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
