With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Bell Lohr of Buckhead, Georgia, who passed away on July 13, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Davis Bell and Turner Bell; her husband George Arthur Lohr of Anton; her son Jason; and her brothers, Charles and Curtis Bell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Lohr Hendrix of Watkinsville, Georgia and Elizabeth Lohr Thomason (Brent) of Cope, Colorado; her grandchildren, Godfrey Hendrix, Purdue University, Wes Longshore (Colorado State University), Emma Longshore (University) and G. W. Hendrix (University); her sisters, Barbara Bell Tyson of Buckhead and Miriam Bell Foster of Buckhead; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Bell of Buckhead and Amy Bell of Madison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
